Badges are game achievements awarded to the player when they accomplish certain tasks. These typically include finding secrets or completing the checklist, killing a certain number of Killers and other notable feats in every gamemode. Badges are one of the main stats in game. There are currently 42 badges in the game, of which 3 are exclusive to events.

Tips[]
- While Tiny destruction can be timed in order to reduce the luck needed, it does, however, still require having a nuke ready to collect and ensuring there is only one killer remaining in the round before the nuke despawns. Frequently playing Endless Survival increases the odds of eventually earning this badge.
- The curse requires getting a teddy bear 3 times from the Mystery Box. Since the teddy bear has a 15% chance of coming out of the mystery box, this badge is slightly easier to obtain.
- Despite kill badges mentioning they can only be obtained in Classic and Killer modes, it is not strictly required to play those gamemodes. Kill badges can be earned in any mode where the kill counter is visible, although it is not recommended to do so given the restrictions other gamemodes may include.
- Bolt bait can be obtained even if the target is incapacitated. This may make it easier to hit said target without the risk of missing and thus drawing the Killers elsewhere.

- The first player to achieve the 50 rounds badge was GEPDhaha on 28 December 2018 at 12:36 UTC.
- This was also only four days after Endless Survival's introduction to the game.
- The 16 September 2021 redesigned badge icons were made by Hexevillius.[verification needed]
- Tiny destruction and The curse are the only two badges that are 'luck based'.
- It's a trap may be loosely based on the It's A Trap! meme.
- The Mysterious entity badge has a unique background color that represents Extreme Classic Mode instead of any of the standard gamemodes's background color.
- The icon of The last hope resembles two lightsabers clashing, a fictional weapon used in typically intense duels, as a Juggernaut Mode "1v1" would likely also be.
